Before the journey

A few things
to know.

What kind of game is Lands of Our Own?

A single-player historical strategy game that brings together isometric city building, production and trade, diplomacy, and military campaigns. Your city’s economy and the wellbeing of its people support everything you do beyond its borders.

When and where is it set?

In the Caucasus, between the mountains and the Caspian Sea. Choose one of ten khanates and a starting year from 1791 to 1905, with campaigns continuing through 1918. The setting draws on history, while your choices can lead to different political outcomes.

Do I command the battles myself?

You can take command of tactical encounters, positioning infantry, cavalry, and artillery across battlefields, river crossings, and sieges. You can also delegate to commanders and concentrate on the wider campaign. Either way, preparation and supplies matter.

When can I play?

The game is in active development. A release date and public demo have not been announced. This website will be updated when there is more to share.

Where can I follow or get the game?

Steam is the first planned storefront. The Follow & play section will link to the game’s store page when it is live. Other marketplaces and a browser edition are under consideration; none are confirmed yet.

Which platforms will be supported?

Development currently focuses on a native desktop version, with Steam as the first planned storefront. Supported operating systems, system requirements, and release timing will be announced as plans take shape. A public browser edition is under consideration.

Will there be multiplayer?

Multiplayer is on the longer-term roadmap. The current build is single-player, and modes, player counts, and release timing have not been announced.

Will there be campaigns beyond the Caucasus?

Yes. Future packs are planned around other peoples and lands, including Ukraine and Moldova. Each can explore its own historical periods beyond the first campaign’s 1791–1918 setting. These packs are not yet playable, and release dates, order, and pricing have not been announced. Explore the planned campaigns →
